Longer body styles?
Does the LS 430 have different body lengths? I've seen some VIPs and some non-VIPs that seem longer than others. I mean 3rd gen 2001-2006 sometimes 6in-1ft longer.

No, no long wheelbase versions of the 400 or 430. That came out with the 460, my guess is when the new LS comes out in 2017 the LWB will be the only version.
