The military does, but the system requires special air lines that can rotate through the axle and attach the wheel, they are adding weight, and unsprung weight too. As convienient as it would be, I don't think I would want the weight. I like the fact that as much weight is on our cars (I have a 98 GS) is pretty decent compared to how much luxury is on the cars. The GS being 36xx lbs, the LS400 37xx lbs and the LS430's around 4k lbs. Compare that to a 2006 S500 Benz anywhere from 4000-4700 lbs (google). Luxury is often paid for in weight.

No, unfortunately it does not. It is pretty sensitive to tire pressure change but no readout for each wheel.
