Default Need help - two tone?

Hi guys i really need some help ,,,I'm trying to tone my Lexus ls430 color its orginaly black and i want to make it two color tone ,,i want to know if anyone do that before or if that will be fit nice with the my car

Any rear close up shot of exhaust ?

Alll my friends that had the 95-99 LS with factory two tone they all did single tone

How about a gray bottom on yours ?

I don't see two tone on current cars. This was the trend from the manufacturers in the late 80's through 2000. IMO the two tone is If you want two tone a vinyl wrap of the lower preserves the original paint on the car.

I agree with RA40. I think it was a very hot trend especially in the 90's.
It works well to have a 2 tone paint on an LS400 for example. But I don't envision it looking very well on the bulky shape of the 430.


However, I found some pics. I am not sure if you want to go 2 tone paint like a Rolls Royce, or 2 tone as in whatever is under the chrome silver belt that goes all around the car. Or just a whole new custom idea. Hope they help to inspire, spark an idea.

Good luck with this project. I hope you can make the 430 look really nice with a 2 tone paint.

Two toning a car will make it look smaller.
