I don't think they will fit. Ls430 lug pattern is 5x114 and Mercedes is 5x120. If you really really want them to fit, you will need an adapter which runs about 100/pair. But they will cause to push the wheels out (maybe 20-30mm). Not sure of how wide or offset the the Mercedes wheels but they might end up rubbing

If you are dead set on running those AMG wheels you can get them redrilled or use wobble bolts. They are 5x112 which is only a few milimeters off from the ls430 pattern (5x114.3). I have even had wheels drilled from 5x120 (BMW) to 5x114.3. Reputable wheel/machine shops in the Los Angeles area charge about $100-150 for all four. Typically, the job is done by slightly widening the holes and pressing in inserts.

Check the hub bore sizes as well.

Mercedes is 66.6 and the ls430 is 60.1. They will fit over the Lexus hub. You can buy hubrings for correct fitment.

You might need aftermarket lug nuts

Lexus lug nuts may not seat properly in the AMG wheels

It's close to the MB wheel, and it should fit the LS

In past times the VIP car crowd installed MB wheels, late 90's early 2000's. This has fallen out of fashion these days though we do see BMW wheels from time to time. Wheels with the correct bolt spacing and hub bore can be bought these days so installing MB wheels is an added expense.
