Both of my bumper covers are starting to fade (millenium silver) from the sun and probably a poor previous repaint. What do you guys feel is a fair price to remove and repaint both the front and rear covers? I can purchase the silver stripping that goes around from Rock Auto for under $100 for both. The front cover requires a little extra repair for a few very small dings and scrapes. What is a fair price for both. I've been getting crazy numbers from some dealers. Thanks all.

For 2002 LS430, the chrome moldings lost their shine over the years. I just used some molding from Advanced auto with 3M adhesive strip backing. One pack was enough for both bumpers. Cost: about $16.

Thanks all. I'm guessing it's going to cost me between $500-$700 to do both.

I used to have this done for $225/bumper.
Wasn't the best job in the world, but respectable for my application.
Usually done twice/year, as cars were doing 70K to 100K miles per year.

I just had my front repainted for $340 (MD); it depends on the quality of work that you want done. Mine was sanded prior to painting. BTW ensure your parking sensors are working if you have them.

About right. I had an Avalon and someone hit my rear bumper. The dent popped out in an hour leaving few scrapes. The other party's insurance paid about $250 for the repair and paint. That was 8 years ago though.
