oil cooler?
What's that large metal thingy in front of the radiator? is it a transmission oil cooler? I accidentally unscrewed a screw on the piping and oil came sprewing out and it smleed kinda like tranny oil
I was trying to make more room to get at the crank pulley bolt, not the smartest move, should've just used a schley tool.

The A/T cooler is integrated into the bottom part of the radiator. It has 2 connectors for rubber hoses connections. It does not sound like what you've described, so which "large metal thingy in front of the radiator" are you talking about?

On LS430s from front to back there's a small cooling loop for the power steering on the passenger side, then the air conditioning condenser, and radiator which has the transmission cooler integrated. It's unlikely that you have an external transmission cooler, but it's possible that an aftermarket one was installed on your car at some point. If you post a picture of what you're talking about, you should be able to get an answer fairly quickly. There is also oil in the air conditioning system, which will spew out if opened because it's pressurized.

Yea i accidentally opened these two places and oil spewed out like vaporized gas. Should i be concerned? and How and where would i refill the lost oil?

The "big metal thing" is your ac condenser. By "accidently" removing those 2 screws you discharged all of the refrigerant in the ac system. Time to put the tools down and let a professional take over.

Looks like you tapped into your AC system... Depending on how long it was open, you've possibly lost some of the vacuum in your Aircon.
Dose the compressor still engage when commanded? You may be OK, but throw a set of gauges on there to make sure you're still pulling a vacuum and you've got cold air blowing from the vents

hahaha ****, i probably let everything out already, as soon as it sprayed out i jumped back and didn't put it back until it stopped. ah well, lesson learned, I just wanted to take it out so i could fit in my retardedly large impact gun to tighten the crank bolt to spec.
i guess any AC shop can fill it back up to have it running again?

Yes, a shop will evacuate the system and check for leaks, then refill your ac system. Also, it happens all the time, but that freon isn't good for you or the environment. It should be left in the system.
