Yes, same bolt pattern (5x114.3) and those wheels fit a GS430 so they will clear the brake calipers on the LS430.

2-GS '97-'04 wheels will not clear the calipers on the LS 400's, they are not likely to clear the LS 430 calipers.

They are listed online as fitting GS430

I'm sure it's the 01-05 GS430thst you are referring to. . And those have the same caliper size as all 2GS.

View the calipers of the 2'nd and 3'rd generation GS's. The 3'rd generation GS's '06-'11 had 4 piston calipers.

No. They will not fit.....
Unless you run a spacer in the front to clear the brake calipers
