it;s pretty easy to change the grill. all you need a 10mm wrench, socket and a phillips screw driver. just remove the bolts and screws.

Okay, Mike, you motivated me to follow suit but I did not want to invest as much in an after market version that was badge-less. Went with an OEM from a recycle yard ...... Not as cool as yours for sure but at around 1/3 the cost... (Side by side picture was before heavy cleaning and polishing.....)

Just did mine today (post above) and it was a piece of cake.... Most of the time and effort was in cleaning the OEM one from the recycle yard and I ended up swapping the frame and badge.

Both Mike and I should now have a spare - albeit the original gray - and if any one is interested I will be very generous (send a PM).
