Can LS430 Headlight Cover be bought by itself?

I did a lot more digging, and Toyota DOES offer replacement headlight Lens covers, however they are Japan-only items. To order these from Japan, its close to $400 after shipping. I guess I will live with my cracked headlight housing for the time being

Cmon guys, the lenses are sold separately.
It's not a hard job to replace them, I did this on my car. Paid ~100$ for each and covered them with PU protection film.
Now I have brand new headlights that are protected from scratches/UV.

Yeah that is correct They run about $200 per lenses and then seal etc. I have done a few easy but costly. I actually have a few set of celsior light spare.

I'm still researching, but does anyone know about the possibility of just cutting a hole in one side of the outer lens cover, sticking a flexible wand inside with a cloth, wiping the inside, then sealing the hole with a removable rubber plug? This would allow you the ability to clean it once per year or so if needed.
You could combine this with some attempt to re-caulk upper areas where the lens meets the housing.
