Default Engine bay clip/screw P/n

I am trying to find the part number of the screw located at 10 o'clock from the green reservoir and intake. I just changed the air filter and noticed the clip was missing.

These clips cost about a dollar from the dealer. It's one of my complaints about Lexus service. They leave some of these out when servicing. They should stock a large number in their service departments and make sure they deliver the car back as complete as it was taken for service. I would essentiallhy cost them nothing to please their customers. You can always go back to the dealer and request that they replace the clips, but that is stupid to have to go through. Just my opinion.
