What color tint did you use?
The '05 LS I just got looks like it has tint in the pictures but in person it doesn't seem like it has any tint. I'm sure that it has factory tint but I think I'm going to have my car tinted more. I know everyone has their own preference on colors but I'm just curious what others have used.
I'm either going to put 35% all around or I'm actually leaning towards 35% on the sides with 20% in the rear. Anyone used a combo like that?

What color is your car? I have 35% all around and 70% on the sunroof. I often drive with the rear screen up so I don't know about going 20% unless you just really want it that dark. My tint chioce was also about heat reduction as much as for looks. I went with Spectra Photosync for its heat blocking ability. I've had Huper Optik in my previous car and was happy tieht that too. Here's my current '17GS FSport with the 35% all around.

My 2001 has the standard 35% smoke Gray that everyone uses, but my 2005 does not have tint, and I've seen a few cars with that Llumar Blue UV tint which looks pretty cool. There are a few threads where guys have posted pictures with that tint color.

Currently 35% rear doors, back window. Like having drivers/passengers windows clear for better side/blind spot visibility. Possible 20% in the future (almost clear and some UV protection).

'06 LS with 35% for the front doors, 20% for the rear doors and back window, and 70% for front windshield. If I had to do it over, I would change the front doors to 20%. Exterior color is Moonlight Pearl. Let me know if you want to see pics.

I have FormulaONE Pinnacle 15% on all glass except for windshield, which has no tint whatsoever. In Canada, no tint allowed under the AS1 line. It is a plain black tint, not blue or smoke or gray. My exterior color is 8P8 (Blue Onyx Pearl) so black ceramic looks pretty good.
Before I tinted, I noticed the factory UL double-paned glass had a built-in green solar tint - the windows were definitely not uncolored, and there was no film on them.

I ended up going with 35% all around. It was initially supposed to be carbon tint but he said he didn't have enough in stock to do mine so he upgraded to ceramic. I don't know what the difference is but I'm happy with how it turned out. IMO it definitely made the car look better.
