Replacing right brake tail light Lexus LS 430 2006
I realized that the tail light doesnt have a brake light bulb so is it true that when the brake light or LED goes out the entire tail light assembly has ro be replaced??

Are you experiencing an issue? I believe that there was a thread where the poster soldered new LEDs, Although expensive, new OEMs can be had $176 or so shipped for the pass side, they're $233 list so I'd prefer to get it a little cheaper than the $176 myself...just search for 81551-50150 for the right,81561-50140 for the left, outer that is...the left is significantly more @ $316 list. I've often found Toyota to behave oddly when it comes to parts......don't seem to see lower than $218 for the driver side

I believe there are 7440A's for the turn signals, and must be a bulb for backup, but the brake and park on '04+'s are LEDs, and an entire unit.....
I used to think back in the day how funny the fake LED look on the Civics (circa '06-'09, not really sure) were, that they looked stupid. Never realized I'd one day have the car that has the lights they were copying....
