If you bought aftermarket knock sensors that could be your problem. I've had problems with aftermarket knock sensors in the past, they're just not sensitive and quick enough to handle the responsibilities of some cars. If the code tells you knock sensors again, you might want to try OE sensors.

Ill get the codes
Please retrieve the DTC from your car. If you get DTC P0325, there is a problem with the left bank knock sensor circuit (the problem can be a loose or cut wire). DTC P0330 indicates problem with the right bank knock sensor circuit. You may have other codes. We need the DTC to troubleshoot.

The two knock sensors cost over $400 (shop around online for better pricing), and labor will probably run another $400. So for $275, I don't think your shop replaced both sensors and wiring harness. Take your car to the Lexus dealer and ask them to diagnose the problem and give you an estimate. You don't have to hire them if you don't like the price.

knock sensors codes
I am having a similar problem with my LS430. I have it running better but I still have the check engine light on, and only the check engine light(VSC) is working fine. Is your VSC light on as well?

If you have a faulty knock sensor, it's a good idea to use premium until the issue is resolved. I ran my Maxima for 19 years on regular with no adverse effects, but when I had a P0325 3 yrs. ago, I made sure I used premium until I got it addressed. If the work was done at a shop, I would take it back....that's one of the benefits of taking it to a shop over DIY. when I took the Nissan to get a RF brake hose replaced, they were like c'mon now you can easily do this yourself, you already replace calipers and bleed brakes etc. I said yeah but if the line breaks I don't know how and am not equipped to flare new lines. Owner said ok we'll take your money then.
