Exclamation LS 430 Anti Theft Triggered HELP I CANT START

Last night went to my car to start it. Normally I lock force of habit each time I get out using my master remote key. (I don't have my valet key) My male companion came to escort me out when I answered the door he says "did you know you left your car unlocked? He would check as we are pretty close and worrys about me. Thought nothing of it. When we went to leave I unlocked the using my remote and proceeded to get into the car...to my surprise the car steering wheel went up I am unable to turn the key into any position. Brakes are locked up..by that I mean when I stepped on them they are hard. The alarm light on the dash is flashing when the key is not in the ignition but when I put the back it makes the hazard lights flash. At first it reminded me when sometime the steering wheel is not in the correct position and you gotta turn a little to turn the ignition on.
I have tried removing the battery cable POS.
I also tried unlocking the door from the drivers side turning key left to right and turning right and holding it til all windows come down.
I also had a panic attack and tried finding solutions which didn't help on my model.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR TIME AND URGENT ATTENTION MEMEBERS 😞

Exclamation 2001 LS 430 Help Anti Theft System

I'm super new to the site today. Been a long term Lexus owner. I currently have an issue with Anti Theft System on my 2001 LS 430 went to get in it last night and the key is not able to turn in the ignition. The security light is flashing.

What I tried was
taking off pos on battery post
locking and unlocking the car manually from driver door.and inside doors
battery is charged no problem there.

Please and Thank you I'm stuck. And I really not clear on how to use this site just yet.

I'm not familiar with the 2001 remote fob but have you tried changing the battery in it???

Hello and welcome aboard!
You should be able to turn the key regardless of the ability to start. Are the wheels turned either left or right? There could be pressure on the steering shaft against the ignition lock which is preventing the key from turning in the lock cylinder. Try giving the wheel slight pressure again either left or right to perhaps allow the key to turn. The security light will flash when it senses the key near the car, so that should be normal.

Smile Thank God

First Thank you both for reaching out to me. After an evening of more worry then one probably should do. I went out and in the morning the car turned right over. The navigation system popped up and stated it was updating as though the system was complete disabled... The first thought I did have is that the steering wheel was in a position preventing the key from turning over. But it actually did move up automatically when I attempted to put the in the ignition. So this one will go unexplained and on watch. What I suspect is a possible electrical issue or there was an attempted entry that triggered the anti lock system. I will update if I experience any further symptoms in the future. And again I appreciate your support very much.

Super greatful Have a great day!

The cause of the problem needs to be addressed. Start by cleaning the battery terminals. Check battery voltage output. Check alternator voltage output (minimum 13.6 volts - anything lower and the alternator is not charging enough.)
