Try these instructions from the Owners' Manual...

Couple of symptoms and cures:

If the battery was dead it (and perhaps the windows) need to be "initialized".
Try holding the switch to fully open, do not release the switch until it has stopped,
then hold the switch to fully close, do not release until it stops. Repeat.

Second condition might be debris on the tracks/weather striping. The anti-jam
function will react to the motion resistance and stop the glass movement.
Clear and clean the area.

Hi mcomer ,
Thanks for the reply ,my battery and rest everything is in good condition ,only after unlocking windows by using remote i started facing the problem.
how ever i tried as you said by pushing move button this is what happen
* pushed the move button its open a little bit , to open completely then i used tilt close button its open another bit and again i used move button until it opens fully
* To close i used reverse-visa (close button + tilt up button and again close button slowly )
* Some times if i close its open automatically and stuck in between

Try pulling the 30A fuse called "S/ROOF" in the fuse box located in your trunk. Leave the fuse out for a few minutes to reset the ECU.

Literally just had this happen to me today. The sunroof is stuck open and I have no idea how to get it to close. Currently charging the battery to see if that has any effect.

Replace the battery, charging it won't help. As a battery ages it loses its "filtering" ability and you get weird electrical gremlins in these cars, most notably sunroof issues.

So I ended up charging it before and saw it was low. I just replaced it a few months back. After charging it I tried the sunroof and it worked! I was able to close it. I'll try to see if I can get a exchange for it, the battery generally doesn't drain for no reason. Thanks for the tip.
