I have the Ultra Racing 19mm rear sway bar for about 3 years. The sway bar help reduce body-roll, but at the expense of reduced suspension independence.
For example, if you approach a speed bump at an angle - the standard (smaller) sway bar will allow the rear tires to move independently thus minimizing the "rocking" motion felt within the cabin. On the other hand, a stiff sway bar will force both rear tires to travel up-and-down dependently, so a more severe "rocking" motion is felt when the 2 rear tires do not go over the speed bump simultaneously.

It was been a few years since I installed my 19mm sway bar. It came with larger brackets and bushings, of course, but I believe I used the existing end links. No issues with the installation, and minimal body-roll while taking corner fast.

Trying to decide if the Ultra bar is worth the extra $100 or so over the OEM sport bar. Not sure how hard I'm ever going to hustle the car around but with RWD and the right tires, I think a 19mm bar could be entertaining...

Also see UR has a front strut tower bar, a lower front ladder brace, a front 28mm bar, and several smaller rear lower bars... anyone running any of these other parts?
To see them all, eBay search for "Ultra Racing LS430"

Factor in the transaction fees and what not, plus shipping to the buyer then shipping to the USA and I'm sure you're close to $750. Not worth it for me. Yahoo Auctions Japan is dangerous... so much cool stuff, but the logistics of getting it shipped over... ugh.

rkw77080 thanks for the feedback. There's an Ultra Racing 19mm bar on eBay for 298. I like my Sports Suspension I've but might do some upgrades. The 19mm bar sounds like an easy first step. Maybe Michelin A/S Sports too. I'd like to keep the "luxury firm". I drove an 2005 Sports w/ Michelin Super Sports and the ride was harsh.

I can't see there being any changes in the 04+ cars where this wouldn't work. From what I can tell, the end links between all years share the same part numbers. Looks like Ultra Racing has a pretty large catalog of parts for a variety of applications... maybe it was just an oversight?
This one says it's for an 00-06... http://www.ebay.com/itm/00-07-LEXUS-...5Xq-ne&vxp=mtr

Just sent a message to Ultra Racing. One bar probably fits all years but just checking before I order. It comes w/ PU bushings too. Suggests appreciated on easy replace suspension items that wear out. Also suggests on good suspension upgrades. Original Sports struts seem to be okay (109).

Please keep us updated if you get the bar, how the quality is, and how the install goes. I'm still up in the air between the Sport bar and the UR bar...
