Default FIGS products arrived!!!!!

So these arrived today, I am super happy the level of craftsmanship that went into these is amazing the welds are text book, and everything feels rock solid, I am excited to install these on my car and feel if there is any change in the handling before i install my sway bars and chassis braces.

Thank you to mike from figs for being willing to make custom control arms for me, these were 1/3 the price of any of the japense companies with similiar products. Also thanks to nate from figs as well with technical support questions. Awsome knowledgeable company I would highly recomend everyone should check them out.

Front upper control arm

Agree, impressive quality in the appearance. Very curious on the installation process and ride quality, please keep us posted. Also, you said these are custom made, so FIGS doesn't stock components for our LS430s?

EDIT: Never mind, answered my own question. FIGS Engineering is a serious group making quality products in low quantities. This looks very nice and interesting, but well beyond what the wife needs for her daily driver, grocery getter.

For those interested, here's a link for the LS430: http://www.shopfigs.com/v3/by-vehicle/cat-lexus-ls/cat-G3-LS-CAT?page={page}

They do have lots of items for our cars but instead of trying to add camber like the vip arms will, i am trying to reduce it so they made a pair of arms to do that. I will try to install them on thursday.

Good stuff I love Figs... when I had my is350 I came up on tons of figs parts. Had my car feeling like it drove on rails super sharp and locked into the road. You are gonna love it. I read somewhere to avoid poly on the ls430 due to the weight but I want to swap figs parts in so I'll be watching for your updates. Congrats!

I honestly am like mehh about the weight of the car its 4000 pounds but has a v8 and 300 hp so adding some weight with this stuff and chassis braces really wont effect it that much its not like sub 4 second 0-60's with this majestic ocean liner of a car are expected lol

Thank you i apprecaite it, figs is top notch with quality and customer support the owner mike is super knowlegable as is his staff. I would like to get all the poly stuff they have for the ls as well as there camber, castor, and toe arms eventually as well.

Looks like quality stuff! Curious, what are you looking to do with adding these? Obviously the LS isn't going to be a road race or auto-x car.....well, I guess it could be if you really wanted to but you won't be winning many plaques or trophies.

I'm guessing his main objective is to severely tighten up the handling of the car, more than anything. He did mention doing a few track days with it..
