KRH: welcome to the forum. As Scooty stated we need more information to really assist.
There have been many discussions about the audio systems in these cars, both Levinson and non-Levinson. Feel free to search for issues other members have had.
Also, you can check out the FAQ page which has loads of great info

Just recently, I overhauled my whole system.
I went with these:
I would highly recommend them as well. Install was quite easy. Remove the door panels, search for it, it's very easy. Once you remove the speaker housing, get rid of the entire speaker with the speaker ring. trim off all the edging around the original bracket to flatten the mounting area. Screw in one of the top holes with the original screw. Then screw in two holes on the outer edge to secure the speaker.
Hope it helps, but it's very easy and is totally worth it.

BTW, the have some good bass notes to them. If you don't want it to hit too much bass, you might want to add some bass blockers.

Take a look at that image link. The red arrows point to areas which to remove the foam covering the screws. Remove the foam then the four screws. Afterwards, pry the ring off, then pry the speaker off. Use a flat screwdriver to wedge between the speaker and bracket, then just twist and it'll pop off.
Following the dashed line, cut off all the raised edge around the entire trim, then you should be able to figure out how to mount the speaker.
Note: Cut the speaker wire close to the original speakers so you can reuse it.

If you're cheap, just head down to a U-Pull salvage yard and see if they have any GSE20 IS models there. The speakers fit in the doors but you just need to slot a couple of holes, and drill a couple of new ones to make them fit. I scored 4 IS250 speakers for $25 from the local wreckers and they work like a charm. Stock Lexus speakers have good audio quality as it is
