Bad Wiper Fluid Sensor?

Bad Wiper Fluid Sensor?
Got my 05 LS430 back from a bumper replacement and the "Low Wiper Fluid" warning light was on. I promptly emptied an entire bottle (32oz) and it was still on. After driving for a few miles it finally went away but will randomly turn back on when driving for about 30 seconds and then go back off. This will happen once or twice every time I drive in the car. Anyone had a similar issue? Is there any way to disable the the sensor without taking the bumper off?
Thanks

A couple of clarification questions, please...
1) Did you confirm that you actually have fluid in the reservoir, that is, there is no leak.
2) Does the washer motor work?
If you're not dealing with a leaky reservoir, most likely the electrical connectors were knocked loose, or wires damaged. Judging from the location of the level sensor, I would take the car back to the repair shop and ask them to make the repair.

Better yet, have someone else tell you in writing what is wrong so when you return to the shop you are armed with the facts...and avoid a band-aid repair.
If they messed up your wiring harness or solvent reservoir then obtain a dealer estimate for replacement part.
