p.s. we can go on and on with brakes, but the issue is we don't have unlimited time and money....I did a rear brake job on my Maxima, with "premium" but non OE rotors (coated). The 4th gen Maxima is notorious for blowing through rear calipers, what a joke, rears replaced 4X each side (well how much is due to poor rebuilds), fronts originals, 20 yrs. on the road. I asked a shop after 10k, wth is going on there? On both sides, the pad swept area got really small, like something you'd see after 100k on the road. A tiny strip and the rest rusted. Akebono pads, Raybestos premium rotors. The culprit should have been all the pins being stuck, or the caliper seized, but it was all fine.

Reference my post above do what I listed in said posts and your cars will stop squealing, I know because my car used to do it.
