I am curious if anyone has installed a headunit without a beatsonic adapter harness, I have the beatsonic kit for a 04-06 toyota celsior with nav and ml, so maybe I can mess around with the wiring harness and recoup my loss. Any input would be helpful.

It makes me wonder if the audio setup is like the Altezzas and IS200s where you can't just go and slam in a head unit and expect it to run, given they have factory amps and signal processors and sheit like that. I was thinking about doing it to mine but if its more work than its worth I'll just leave it because the stock head unit works well enough for me. I've always chopped up the stock harness when fitting head units but they were always simple installs, nothing like what's in the UCF30. One day I'll give it a go

My idea is to look at the wiring diagrams and reconfigure the beatsonic harness and to hook up to the ls430 so its plug and play, its my fault though I am a moron amd took someone's word that it would work and they were a vendor lol.
