As some of you may know, my '03 ML w/84k was totaled after a Ford F450 truck ran a red light. I was going to move on to a LS460 but didn't find anything that I fell in love with. Also, the rolling living room of the LS430 appealed to me more than the sporty LS460.
I ran across a 2005 LS430 Custom Luxury with 37k at a BMW Mini dealership in Pleasanton, CA. The car is well maintained, elderly owned and has been driven 3000 miles a year on a consistent basis. It is Cypress Pearl over Cashmere. It was fairly priced for a low mileage LS and my experience was that these low mileage cars sell quickly. I am in the process of purchasing it and having it shipped to Michigan.
Congratulations! Glad to know your experience with LS430 luxury is gonna continue. Ask the dealer to take closeup pictures of rocker panels and bumpers to compare with when the transport unloads. My car shipped from Houston, and it was scratched up when i got it off the truck. Driver said he got it like that. Couldn't prove otherwise, even though i had someone inspect it before i bought it.
Congrats on the low mileage find.... could be just my computer screen, but it appears that front bumper is a different color than the rest of the car. I'd have that checked out specifically and make sure there is nothing funny going on. Hope the deal works for you!
Congrats on the find! As mentioned, a CL would be my choice, I would love to have ecru leather and maybe some leather on the dash myself. I keep saying it yet I don't do anything, most of us should have front/rear cams. I wouldn't be able to count the number of red light runners on my hands and toes, on a one-way commute. Yesterday, even a school bus. Now how does this work? If we were to blow a school buses reds, that's an automatic suspension of license. The school bus driver has that much power in his hands. Yet, he runs lights? Dash cam removes the he/said she said.
Anyhow, hope that F450 paid for the damages and good luck with the new ride...
