Default Car with 150k miles too much?

I understand these cars are really reliable but 156000 is still a lot. I've attached the service records, before this every single service was done at 5k intervals. What do you guys think? I'm also going to get a PPI from a lexus dealer. Dealer's selling for 9k and its a custom luxury, thanks!

Does anyone else also know any major services that need to be done at this mileage? The service schedule says to only change transmission fluid if its used for towing but do the dealers usually change it anyways?

Is it a 2004 to 2006? If so, the transmission fluid is rated as lifetime by Lexus.

It's hard to put an exact value on it without knowing the year. I would be concerned about the apparent reference to it leaking transmission fluid as well as the fact that the owner seems to have reached the point of letting certain things go unattended.

The indie told me one definitely wants to drain/fill and never flush the tranny, but not after a certain mileage (the web says dirty ok, but burnt not ok). So I said is it possible that my tranny is damaged by the service? He said not one chance at your mileage (82k at the time). I have heard the proof is that the so-called "sealed" trannies vent to the outside, so there is no possible way a fluid lasts a lifetime. Then they play with semantics, it's a lifetime fluid--it lasts until the tranny fails. Which is sooner than if fluid is replaced.

Personally, 150k and 9k is too much for me. I would do 5k, so I have some $$$$ to do maintenance and repairs. In other words, I would like to buy a car used, and be the one who takes it to 150k, so I know everything about it..my .02

What is the power train leak that shows in the records? Any of those red/declined should be taken off the price. In other words, I don't trust the dealer to say, for $9k we'll fix them all. No, $5, and I'll fix them elsewhere. This keeps all parties honest.

Ya 150k is a lot however the interior looks like it's never been sat in. I wonder if that's due to the semi alanine leather. Would you guys trade off the custom luxury trim for a modern luxury, or is the extra leather worth it? I personally like it's a lot and would prefer a cl but I'm getting tired of looking for them.

I would say $5K-$6K tops, and spend 3-4K at a independent shop to get the car up to specs and you will have a tank that will last you a long time. Based on the service records you shared the previous owner declined a lot of recommended services over the last 10K miles.

Options are not really worth anything on a older vehicle, they are only worth something to the person buying. I would like to have semi aniline leather, but I am not willing to pay anything for it, which on the used market, is fine. So if I could get it, sweet. But I'm not willing to overpay nor add anything at all for a CL over a ML. Think about it, when people buy 10+ y.o. Mercedes, they could be as little as 1/10 the original price, so all those extra options are not boosting the price, they got folded in to the steep depreciation...
