WOWWWW....If I had an LS, and not a 2GS, I'd buy this in a heartbeat. That is such a sweet set-up.

You're welcome ;-)

K-Sport part # BKLX150-961SO

400mm Rotors! 15.75" Rotors... that's bigger than about "ANY" car on the road today. Man... Wish they fit the 01-05 GS!

Just wonder - where is the market for super sports brakes for the LS430? VIP? Drifting?

hard parking your LS at kfc with the rest of the vape bros lol, seriously though there is 0 need for these brakes unless you track your cars even then the stock calipers are more than enough. The fronts are 4 piston the rear are 2 piston as well as monoblock so they are the ideal performance caliper, that is why they are retrofitted to many other cars. But to answer your question they are used for VIP builds so they can sit there and you can say you have a $3000 big brake kit.

Is it me, or is the credit card machine usually down at KFC?

Exactly, correct. haha..
I have the LS4 BBK on my 01 GS4, with EBC Red Stuff pads, and it was one of the best upgrades I could've done, in terms of how rewarding it has been for me. I LOVE Big Brakes!

But yeah, I know they're totally overkill... just really sharp and cool to have 8-piston set-up, like one that came on the CL65 AMG, but "brand new" and on a sweet and reliable LS...for THAT price, since kits like that are like $7000-$8000 for front/back, in general. CRAZY

I was watching a vid and it had a new E63s AMG, and I was like the rear brakes are floating calipers? My blood pressure went through the roof. I went online and it was simply the appearance being kind of blocky. Carbon ceramics, I know one person who had them and he was a bit disappointed when he needed a brake job....(esp. given he never went to a track)
