Are factory mufflers stainless steel?

Are factory mufflers stainless steel?
Hello,
I have holes in my mufflers. Are the factory mufflers stainless steel? I know stainless, depending on the grade, will eventually rust.
Also where can I get factory mufflers. I checked on the web almost everywhere and they aren’t made anymore. If they really are no where to be found, anyone know of a good replacent. I live in the rust belt and I don’t want to but Walker cr*p on my car and have it rust out in 2 years. Not cheap at 350 a piece either from what I see.

Not sure what year your car is but I picked a 2003 and did a search with the part #...

It pulled up most of the major OEM part retailers and even a direct fit aftermarket option on Amazon. Double check the part number is applicable as there may be some variations from 2001 to 2006.

Is this one of those deals where the part is not available? I forget what part it was, but someone here was looking for a part, and when we posted links to the various catalogs, he got all upset saying thanks for nothing (anyone remember), as if he doesn't know how to use google or something. But I guess my point is that what he wanted was not available, even though the online catalogs showed the part.
I agree with the comments on Walker, it is total junk. Here in the northeast, on my Maxima, it lasted like 15 mos. before rusting out. Lifetime warranty. Called Walker, and authorized retailers, and nobody would honor. They know you're not going to ship the system back for inspection, they know it.
p.s. I thought my indie said semi-stainless. My mufflers are black, some sort of paint or coating.
