Tires out of balance? Serpentine belt coming apart? If you're sure it's in the engine, do a compression test and verify the health of the engine. Should be fairly equal in all 8 cylinders and somewhere above 170 PSI.

You're not getting a CEL? If you have an OBD II scanner with Live data capabilities, see what the Short Term Fuel Trim looks like while the engine is idling after reaching operating temperature. Fuel trim should be between -3.0 and +3.0 and will cycle as the car is running.
You might want to go back and retrace all the work you did to ensure you haven't left something loose, or not correctly connected. Check any grounds that may have been disconnected.
Oh, by the way... My wife and I visited Ferrari World a few years ago.. Had a great time there. We were vacationing in Dubai, and took a trip down to Abu Dhabi to see the Park. Would love to get back over there some day...

Check your intake hoses etc. Are their connections tight? Any rips, or leaks?

Just did mine. At idle, was getting the occasional vibration in shift lever and steering wheel. The old motor mounts didn't look that bad (rubber was starting to separate from metal) but the trans mount was pretty worn. Now, no more vibrations at idle. The car also feels smoother overall.
