What is best choice to add to Mark Levinson for Satellite system for sirius?

2006 LS430 with Modern Luxury Package, what is the best choice for Satellite Radio?

Option 1 > acquire a Pioneer satellite radio like what the L dealer would've installed, the wire harness and satellite antenna.
Option 2 > install a VaisTech satellite system > https://www.vaistech.com/product-cat...430-lexus-2006

I just went through this last month with my '04. I went with Option 2. It's an easy install and works very well.

Make sure whatever you do you can get the high channels like 311. I cannot with the factory setup. I heard that is "XSM" that gets the high numbers?

I’ve noticed that too. Only the new 2018+ Lexus with the Generation 10 infotainment systems can go that high.

311 is 1/3 channels that I actually like, it's like that Alanis Morissette tune, "Isn't it ironic?"

I know that feeling. I found a station in the 300’s that played a lot of old Metallica. I really liked it. I need to see what they offer in the higher channel range. I would love a strictly 80’s/90’s R&B station and a Japanese music station.
