Floor mats

Not sure what shade of grey that is as there are two. That looks to be the factory hump piece, though some of them actually say Celsior on them. You'd be looking around $50 for something like that shipped from Japan. Expensive, but it is an OEM product.
Here is a full set in tan with the hump piece. Obviously the fronts would be a waste of a USDM car. https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/q213925290

I too was looking to replace my slightly stained OEM original floor mats but discovered that the new replacement mats are different I asked about the mats at my local dealership and was informed that Lexus sold out of the original production run floor mats years ago and has since been producing and selling new, thinner mats. As mentioned above, these new mats are not as plush or thick, and don't absorb as much road noise as the original ones. I'd rather have faint stains on my mats than have new ones that are thin and cheaply made compared to the original ones, especially if they're going to let more noise in. The Lexus employee told me the new ones might be thinner as a result of that whole floor-mat-slipping-and-jamming-the-throttle problem a few years ago that allegedly caused some (fatal) accidents

Again, dunno the circumstances, but I got some for $14.95, but gray was the only choice. They are identical to the factory originals, but different color, as those were ivory (beige). I am ok as the price was right. These low priced gray mats were all over this forum like white on rice...maybe everyone grabbed them up.
This is what matches my car, but as mentioned, I got gray ones instead for $14.95....

I think the originals are decent, no reason to go overboard because over time, they are now all stained, but not worn (originals in 2016 were dirty AND worn). One day my wife drove, and after mass my son and I walked through these things that were like blueberries? So he mats are stained that color lol in the back.

Yes, they are factory mats, in the charcoal color. Many people grabbed them at the low price of $14.95. No idea why because every online seller be it parts.com to Toyota dealers had them discounted like that. If the catalog had a mistake, it seemed to have lasted a couple of years....

Went to the basement and snapped a pic of them. Now I remember, I ordered 4
sets of them, but only 2 came, and I was charged $14.95. Not sure what happened to the other 3 (maybe invoice only had 1), and I never bothered to ask.

Do the PT208-50010-xx fit the 2006 model years? The PT208's have the heel pad and the section near the gas pedal looks a little different than the PT206-50060-xx mats that are showing for the 2006 model year (replaced the PT548-500xx-xx).

When the original mats were superceded with a new number they also cheapened the mats up. The border is not as heavy and as attractive as the original. Was disappointed several years ago when I had to accept the new ones as the originals were no longer available.
