My recently purchased LS430 has coil springs, no controls in front of the shifter for air suspension, yet it has a fridge and rear massage seats. I'm a bit confused as I thought only the UL spec had the fridge and massage seats.
Can't help you. The modern, custom, and ultra luxury packages are us specific. A lot of markets outside the us have these extras as individual options.
Without knowing anything at all about option packages of any other countries, based on what I can see I'd guess it's basically like the US Ultra Luxury but without air suspension. Is there any small badging just behind the front wheel arches? Like between the front wheel arches and the front doors? Also, what size tires does it have?

He doesn't have navigation either. really weird (to us) spec.
Rear seats also don't look like they are cooled, just heated from the controls in the back console. The whole RHD thing is throwing me on the center console pic

Good catch. I ignored all of what was going on in the upper part of that photo and just looking at how the shifter is on the wrong side lol

Smokeu, you have the same spec level as mine bruh. The Singapore models were different to the NZ new and USDM models. I've worked it out to be an ML, but not an ML. Mine has the same toys as yours but no Mark Levinson audio. What part of the country you from?
