The noise sounds like maybe one of these bolts was missing or something. I don't think your car is safe to drive.

I appreciate the help guys the messed up thing is I have allready checked those bolts numerous times when I had the car in the air, I compressed the suspension all the way and let it go all the way down and it did not hit or rub.

I dont need to take it to a shop I do all my own work to my cars, I have allready isolated the balljoint is making the noise the balljoints figs uses have 3 nylon sleeves in them so it is very easy for stuff to get caught in them.

There is 0 play in the tire test everything is tq to spec.

Also, another question: did you have to cut into the body so the arms will have space to move up and down? FIGS FUCA has this design flaw in the early production model I think. I have a friend that has this very similar noise when he installed the FIGS FUCA. It turns out that the arms were hitting the body during suspension travel. I had this exact same issue during my install too. It drove us nuts to try and find the issue. After we cut it, the issue was completely gone.
This is a custom Camber correcting FUCA, not the VIP version which uses a different spherical bearing and machined carrier.

Just to be clear, this is not a standard ball joint which is a swaged and captured ball stud with a nylon pocket, these are spherical rod ends with machined stud adapters. There in no danger of separation unless the top nut torque and spacer to stud retaining compound were compromised. We always try to assess what the problem is via diagnosis before sending any parts for replacement because there is a good chance it will not address the root cause.
