Oil maint req light

Hi I have a Lexus IS220d 2009. I have just noticed a red triangle with an explanation mark in the center and then the description Oil Maint Req.
Is this anything to worry about? how long should I wait?

Change your oil and oil filter. Hold reset button while turning ignition to ON (without starting) until light goes off.
