Perhaps the canadian cars dont have the same documentation.

First time I tried using my VIN I was 1 digit short at the end. It told me the site only accepted Continental-U.S. vins

Maybe there's a Canadian version of the Lexus site? Or just call a dealer...

 

Just call the toll free number at Lexus, they'll email the build sheet in a pdf. That's how I found out the SAT radio is a port-installed option, as are the wheel locks, cargo net, blah blah blah it also shows the list price of the vehicle.
