You might want to take a look at this '04 LS with 28k, appears to have ML package. Flint mica with black interior. Located in Milwaukee.

It looks a little rough. The front bumper cover needs to be cleaned up and the right rear parking sensor is missing. Those and other things can be fixed. The low mileage is hard to find and the price reflects the issues..

Hang in there, one will come along. I snagged mine the day the dealer posted it about 200 miles from my location. Gave them a $500 deposit over the phone, drove down and picked it up the next day. As a price reference, I paid $8500 for my 05 in April, with 117K on it. Full documentation, timing belt done at 91K. Good luck!
While everyone else is looking at those with lower miles you might able to snag one up with slightly higher miles at a good price.

Well it happened sometime last night. Ive started to take a peek at the Lexus LS 460's and I really like the exterior styling. I proceeded to check out the 460 board and right away I might step back as apparently they are having an issue with melting and sticky dashboards, armrests, etc. What the heck is up with that???

Yes, the hard plastic surfaces such as armrests and dash covers develop a soft stickiness when exposed to too much sun. In certain instances, Lexus is replacing these damaged pieces. This is a bigger problem in the southern states than the northern ones. One of the reasons I decided to stay with a LS430.

Later 4G cars are, thus far, better, but are still "young," so the jury is still out on them.

Although far from universal, early 4G LS models (2007 thru 2012) can be plagued by serious issues, including melting interior panels as well as control arm and brake actuator failure. Lexus has stepped up, either voluntarily or involuntarily (via lawsuits) to address some of the problems.
Later 4G cars are, thus far, better, but are still "young," so the jury is still out on them.

My 2nd post here. Put the deposit down on my 05 LS430 UL today, and I am pumped. It is the first car I have bought sight unseen. Carfax excellent, one owner, 5 k service at Lexus like clockwork. No PCS but that's ok by me. Exactly what I was looking for as a "final" work car. I put a lot of miles in, this time will be in comfort. I'll post pics when it arrives. I had Lexus do an independent PPI on it, the dealer tech was impressed with the car's condition and history.
