Muffled sound of telephone ringing

Sounds is coming from in front of passenger seat...Dash?...Engine compartment? It is sporadic....Any suggestions?

Is that noise louder when accelerating? If yes, what is the speed? Did you change wheel bearings yet? I think most people here having the wheel bearing issue when they hear whining noise.
