AFS OFF Flashing

AFS OFF Flashing
Sometimes while driving this light starts flashing on my dash. Pressing the AFS button doesn't impact it at all, I have to restart my car to get it to go away. Haven't been able to find anything online relating to this, any ideas on what's going on?
