Default Loose wire harness

My first post. Noticed loose wire harness next to the battery. The dealership service could not tell me if it was suppose to be attached. The tech mentioned that I might be missing a part. The harness has a plug that should fit a hole in the body, it does not align properly though.

Does anybody know what part I might be missing here. Attaching few pics.

Doesn’t look like anything’s missing to me. Harness needs to get pushed back over and attached on the fender but that’s really it IMO? Took this just now while getting gas.

You are right. I pulled plastic cover in front of the harness. The wire got lose under the cover and it caused it to pop out next to the battery as well. I'll need to reattach it under the cover first. Thank you for your help!
