Mixing Sport and Non-Sport Suspension Parts

Hi all
I have been replacing a bunch of parts on my newly purchased LS430, its a 2001
I tried Monroes and hate them so i bought all new lexus parts except the springs assuming I have non-sport springs
I looked around and it looks like cars with non sort suspension look higher in the front but my car sits quite flat, with maybe a 1" gap in the front.
I am looking for the softest possible ride. I have pulled out nothing but after market parts for the car and have been replacing all with lexus parts so I wouldn't trust the vin lookup
Question is - if the car does end up having sport springs is it ok to run the non sport shocks/mounts I just purchased?
They said it would take a couple weeks to get up here to Canada I can't wait to put them in.
Thanks

If the car is equipped with Sport Suspension those parts lost their "Sport" muscle a LONG time ago.
That said mixing Sport and non Sport parts, as well as OEM vs non OEM brands, at this point in the cars life span is a non issue.
If you are looking for the softest ride possible your focus should be on finding the correct TIRES not suspension parts.
This is assuming the suspension components are functioning properly...

Thanks Brad
I will install them on the old springs. I pried and tapped and wiggled all the susp. components and everything is in surprisingly great shape under there.
problem is I have winter tires on right now and while Nokian Hakkapolitas are amazing in the snow, they are quite stiff, which accentuates the strut mount clunking I am having.
Tires are a hotly debated subject on this forum and I am either getting Michelin Primacy or Pirelli P7 in a couple weeks for summer.
It seems like the P7 is a better option. I think I read the new generation of the Primacy is not as good as the old but I welcome opinions on this.
