Question,

I have done this and have no faulty codes in my 2008 ls460 but in Techstream when I test for height etc it doesn't move.

My height button does work as my car lowers and raises in the back

when I try to test for solenoid it turns itself to the off position almost immediately.

Any suggestions...

You have to long press the arrow and hold it for the shock to air up or lower.

What do you mean LONG PRESS the arrow? you mean in techstream?

I click on any of the Solenoids to turn on and it automatically within 2 seconds turns it self off...

Yes in Techstream when your doing actives tests like raising or lowering the suspension you have to hold the mouse on the arrow to get movement. As far as the solenoid, the test is only meant to show that it's turning on when you press it, which you should see in the background. I do remember I could not locate one of the tests in the data list.

Well, took it to a shop in Fresno that was highly recommended and he just called and told me he couldn't figure it out and to come pick up the car.

Any idea what I can test next?

I tested all the actuators.

Should I do what guy from forum did when he took apart glove box to test computer next?

Thanks

I would test the computer and if that checks out then the next step is either another computer or the shock.

Well I joined the "lifted" LS look this week. I hope to receive new sensor and hopefully it will correct the rear being stuck super high. I was able to lower with tech stream but height error returned within a hundred yards or so.

Techstream showed right rear sensor error. After searching around, I decided to gamble with replacing just the sensor with one of off amazon for $15
Amazon Amazon
Seems to be corrected.
