i'm not sure if you can disable the sound, maybe through Techstream? have you tried to scanner to see if/what codes are showing up?

Any idea how to do it through Techstream ? I took it to the dealer and they said I had to put a new sensor in for the headlight leveler, it would cost approx. $470.00.

Techstream would be able to read all the fault codes and give you an in depth analysis of what the problem is, you need to know what exactly the DTC is so you can pinpoint the issue.
if you don't mind doing some wrenching you will be able to fix it yourself for much cheaper than what the dealer quoted you

i looked at the headlight leveling system options on my car while i was playing around in the Techstream and did not see any options at all allowing any kind of changes to be made, all it showed was the position/voltage data so i doubt you can disable it

if dealer gave you a quote they probably included the part# of what they said needs replacing, or you can ask them for it if they didn't. if it was me i'd first look online for that part# to see the cost of used and new parts and figure out the location of the part and how hard it would be to replace it. if you find that out you can always come back here and i'm sure the fine people of CL can help out with any questions you have.
from this article it doesn't looks like it's hard to get to those sensors https://www.justanswer.com/lexus/9uc...on-sensor.html
so, find out the part# of what needs to be replaced and we'll go from there

Are you sure you've had this error before? The HEADLIGHT LEVELLING error in the dash can be displayed while Techstream does NOT show any codes. What code(s) did you have when you got this error?
