Default muffler parts diagram help

Replacing my Y pipe with the Davico unit and noticed both mufflers have holes in the tops. There are two different mufflers for each side in the parts diagram. How do I read this?

Part Number: 1743050902

From 200307 on.
0000030029 0; 3UZFE..UCF30; RH;

Part Number: 1744050170

0000070029 0; 3UZFE..UCF30..USA; KOREA SPEC,LH;

My vin ends in 1729XX. Or do I just need the ones that says USA since my car was built for the US?

Also, looking at cheaper replacements on Rockauto the Walker unit says except 2004 6-speed which is what mine is. What's up with that?

if a part number has been superseded, when you go to order the old part number, you should automatically be sold the new part number.
