Default Engine starting issue

I drive the car to a friends place I turn the car off to the ACC position for around 7 min from ACC i try to start the car the engine cranks over and over but she doesn't start, then i turned it completely off and than I try again and she starts right up. Has anyone experienced this for me it happens rarely

i use the smart key feature and hang my keys on the windshield wiper control and the sensor is on the blinker control side maybe from ACC It couldn’t detect the key and that’s why it didn’t start?

I tried to re create the situation turn to ACC then have someone take the key away from the car but she still started up

I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. I was in my storage locker and had my car on the ACC position for around 15-30 minutes so I could listen to some music and not burn up some gas. When I went to start the car it cranked over but didn't start. I turned the car off completely and tried again, fired right up. It's a strange issue, might be battery related?? I haven't had the issue since but I also haven't left the ACC on and the car not running for longer than 5 minutes.
