Tensioner is 14 mm. I would implore you not to bring it anywhere to do. This is a painfully simple job that someone would love to charge you money for.
Go to Autozone, (no need to go oem on the serpentine belt here, idc what anyone says) look up one video how to do it, and send it.
I honestly think I could change out a belt on a UZ engine in less than a minute

Refrain; DO NOT BUY PARTS FOR YOUR LS430 FROM AUTOZONE.
Dealer OEM parts are more costly but superior.

Brad. Tested the pulley rotation of all seven. 1. The very top left rotates but seems hard to move. 2. The small one just under that on the left rotates , slightly hard to move. 3. 4. The large one bottom center , I think it may be called the crankshaft is frozen. 5. The very small one at the very top you had in red rotates fine. 6. The lowest one on the very right rotates fine . 7. The one on the bottom just left of # 6 rotates fine. It's just the large one which seems to be in the very center bottom of my front grill that will not rotate. Do you have any idea at what I am looking at here in terms of problem and costs. Thank you Brad for all the time and help you have given me. Tom

The pulley on the drivers side is your Air Conditioning compressor, watch it closely after you install the new belt. The 2 on the pass side are also accessories to watch after the new belt is installed. The small one down low is the alternator and the larger pulley up top is power steering. If the 3 highlighted in red all spin freely then something else must have caused the belt to shred...?

Very rarely would I not think twice about using aftermarket on one of my LSs. This is one of those instances.

Hi Brad. As per your original blueprint photo to me showing the 2 red marked pulleys this is what I think is the bottom line. Checked all 6 pulleys and they all rotate. The one I was complaining about , large upper top far left was only hard to rotate because strands of shredded belt got tangled against the engine. So now that I know the pulleys work I know all I need is the belt. Doesn't sound like the alternator has anything to do with this problem, I hope. My next question would be which is the Best and Quietest belt to buy ? Now just for fun for you and the guys some prices I received for just replacing the belt:
1. Lexus dealer in N.Y. where I used to live $249
2. Lexus dealer West Palm Beach Lexus where I now live $389
3. Local garage $200 with a genuine LEXUS belt he says costs him $67
4. Local garage $144 with no mention of what type of belt.
5. Local garage $120 with no mention of what type of belt. As Always Brad, thanks again Tom

No need to over think this you just need to get the car back on the road. It's such a simple task, if you're not able to do it yourself, I would take it to the closest garage offering the best price. Don't pay too much as the job will take approx 5 min. Best is a fairly subjective term, any of the following will do just fine- Toyota, Bando, Gates, Dayco, Continental
I use this one-
