Default 2003 60K miles $8000?

Kept in heated garage. UL model. Asking $8500. Exterior looks pristine.

Notable maintenance includes:

2018:
Front shock absorber(s) replaced
Rear shock absorber(s) replaced
Strut(s) replaced
Rear brake pads replaced
Rear brake rotor(s) replaced
Rear control arm replaced

2014:
TECH REPLACED THE SERPENTINE BELT

2009:
REPLACED WATER PUMP AND COOLANT LEAKING FROM GASKET

2014:
CUSTOMER IS HEARING A KLUNKING NOISE COMING FROM THE RT REAR,CAN HEAR OVER ROUGH/BUMPY ROADS,DID HEAR YESTERDAY AND THIS MORNING CK ADVISE ~ ~TECH RECOMMENDS REPLACING THE RIGHT REAR STRUT ASSEMBLY,

2016:
LEFT REAR SHOCK IS BLOWN. RIGHT REAR WAS PREVIOUSLY REPLACED ~ ~50453 REPLACE LEFT REAR SHOCK
REPLACE BOTH FRONT STRUTS

2018:
CONTROL ARM REPLACEMENT REQUIRED TO GET ALIGNMENT INTO SPECS

It looks like all struts have been replaced.

If it's nice, I would jump all over it given the low mileage.

That said, it makes no sense that the timing belt was not replaced at the same time as the water pump.

All 4 struts replaced in 2016 and again in 2018, with only 60k miles on car?

It appears only 1 was replaced in 2016 and the other 3 in 2018

Are you saying that the timing belt was never changed? If that is the case, regardless of condition you might consider some adjustment on price as there will certainly be additional issues/repairs to be done that you are not aware of and now the timing belt.
