You will have to remove the glass run to allow the vent glass to slide out in the forward direction (see attached).

Thank you very much, I’m guessing that 01-06 are the same size and should fit?

i can confirm that 01 fits my 04
it's a 1 hr job to remove and replace
after removing the side card you will also remove the electric box that is in front of the plastic sheet(2 10m bolts)
remove the plastic molding that holds up the sun shade(2 push tabs)
remove the top(2 gold nuts)near the quarter glass
remove the outside bottom window trim(tabs)
than remove(1 nut and 1 bolt)from the outside lower part of the door that connects the window rail to the door frame
open the plastic sheet to remove(1 more nut)from the bar connected to the division bar
from there you can pull the window division bar up to slide the quarter window out

reinstall division bar making sure your window is inserted into the division bar making the window line up than bolt every thing back up
before you put the window trim back on make sure the window operates correctly

Shout out to rkw77080 for providing the diagram

Looks like I need to take out rivets to remove the glass run. Also, how do I remove the outer window trim? I see the tabs but feels like I am going to break them
