Default How do I fix this panel?

I ordered new silver clips, but they don't really do anything but slide in and out freely. Velcro or double sided tape didn't work.

You can try to put your phone on selfie mode and look up under the trim piece that the clips go into. You should find 4 rectangular openings that these 4 clips should plug into (see sketch below)...

Here is a picture of the 4 rectangular openings. You may have to use a screw-driver to spread your new metal clips to improve their fit.

bend the metal tabs out slightly with a small screwdriver so they catch better in their sockets.

I've tried but I guess I need to keep manipulating them. Pretty annoying but I'm determined to make it correct.
