Damaged wiring-instrument cluster not working
Hello.
I own the 2004 LS 430.
make a hole in the body while working on the audio
The wiring was turned off and re-attached, but the instrument cluster is not operating normally.
an oil gauge/temperature gauge/air conditioner/other, etc. ..
The operation has stopped.
The location of the wiring is the rear seat shelf.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

what do you mean by
were you working on something and accidentally cut the harness?
may i suggest you use at least these (or something similar) instead of whatever tape that you are using? that is just nasty and will fall apart later down the road
you need to re-attach all the wires that you cut, even the ones that are barely scratched, in your pics it looks like you got a few that have wire exposed - bad juju...
if you cut the wiring harness while battery was still "live" then you may have shorted out a fuse or 2, you need to check all your fuses, under the hood, both kick panels, trunk etc
but start with re-connecting the wires properly and go from there
