I have more goodies for my engine bay arriving in 2 months or so haha.....

But here is what it is now

Sorry for the watermarks, I've had so many of my pictures end up on ebay in the past.

Small baby pull.

I'm gonna post a better video on my youtube hopefully this week when I can film some real pulls.

Sorry for thread jacking!

I recently installed Full TOM's exhaust system after I shot that video.

You cannot flash the stock ecu....correction you can flash it but it will not stay flashed it will reset to the stock ecu settings talking from experience not internet gossip. You can run the car on the stock ecu with the supercharger just fine though.

The stock ECU ran like garbage with my SC. You can flash the ECU, TOM's took the ECU of the owners that installed the kit back in the day and returned them the flashed version, with a 2 week turnaround, according to the Japanese manual. There is a guy in Russia that flashes LS430 ECUs.

One would also have to allow the car to be used at will by complete strangers doing who knows what to it....

The other route , would be to run a piggyback ecu. But either way will make it work The plan is to upgrade the internals as well and find that balance of luxury and sport.

Nice find! But it looks like the pre 2004 when I look at those fog lights.

The supercharger kit, tuned ECU, and cluster are the holy grail parts. The complete SC kit never comes up and if you need any small parts, I don't think Tom's is going to help you at all. It lists an 18 hour install time for the kit and only brings the output to 354 horse power. Tom's also recommends using their exhaust or an aftermarket exhaust in conjunction with the kit. You do need a tuned ECU, either the Tom's one or have the stock one tuned by Tom's, if they will still even do it.

It would be cool to have the SC kit but if you're actually in Japan, your best bet might be to find a car that already has it equipped. I have seen several cars come available with it as well as other Celsiors that have extensive tuning.

Good luck with your search and keep the updates coming!
Thank you for your wishes. I did think about just buying a whole car and bringing it back but, it would have to sit until the 25 year rule. I do have tom's / advox coil overs i have two set's the second one's the best out of the two.
i was super up set with the new's with Accuair because i know i want to go air ride at some time.

Just read through the whole thing. Looks to be shaping up to one helluva build. Will certainly be following this and seeing where it goes.
