Default HELP Weirdest Electrical Problem EVER

This is the weirdest problem I've ever witnessed on a Lexus as these types of issues are very UN-Lexus-Like.

I was working on tinting the rear window so the driver side door was open for a several hours with the key going from 0 to 2 position several times and I was rolling the rear window from the driver side up and down several times.

One time I went to roll the rear window down from the driver door switch and NOTHING ?? I went to the window up switch at the rear door and it worked.

So here is where we are at post problem...

All windows work normally but only using their respective door switch.
From the drivers side switch only the driver's side window works.
The other 3 window switches on the driver side do NOT WORK.
The Memory seat buttons and seatbelt buttons do NOT WORK
The Unlock Door buttons on both doors do NOT WORK (Doors all lock okay using the buttons on the key fob).

When the key is in on position there is supposed to be an endless chime (ding ding ding ding) it was there when I was doing the windows but now there is no chime. It is possible the problem started by leaving the door open too long (endless chiming).

When I'm driving I get a CONSTANT warning on the dash that the Left Front Door is open. (It isn't)

Here is the WEIRDEST Part..

When I tap the driver's window the Left Front Door warning goes away...
When I'm in park with the door open there is no chime like there is supposed to be. But if I hit the Drivers side window switch I get the chime (about 5 times and then it stops. It isn't supposed to stop while the door is open)

I pulled out EVERY FUSE in all 4 Fuse Boxes for inspection. They are ALL GOOD.

Where in the world to I even begin to diagnose this problem....

Thank You !!

Try a hard reset by disconnecting the negative battery cable for a couple of minutes. Reconnect and see if that will resolve your problem.

Leaving the car in for so long drained your battery. These cars are very picky about batteries. Weird electrical problems are the first sign of a failing battery.

you have low voltage. Low voltage will cause all kinds of weird things to happen on the LS430. Fully charge your battery overnight with a trickle charger

These things stilll happen with the car running too... doesn't the voltage return to normal once the car is running ?

The alternator will normally put out ~14 V and gradually recharge the battery while engine is running. But, if the battery voltage is still too low the problems you describe may still exist. Suggestion: put your battery on a charger overnight and fully recharge it. A hard reset is probably a good idea too.

One of the batteries lesser known jobs is to act as an electrical "filter". It absorbs voltage and amperage spikes and lulls to provide stable current to the vehicles electronics. As a battery ages this abitity is reduced and you start getting issues like you describe. The battery may still be able to start the vehicle but it is compromised. I would replace the battery. It seems nowadays that batteries just can't take being discharged without suffering damage.
