Default Question for the wheel junkies

I figured I would ask about rims here to get an idea of possibilities from members who have experience with non-stock size rims and tires. I am looking to find out what the largest section width tires the LS430 can mount is without rubbing at full lock and full compression/extension on a stock travel and height suspension setup. I would like to retain exactly the same diameter and as much sidewall as is practical, I would also like the lightest possible rims that are at least somewhat similar in appearance to the stock 17s or 16s but it's not a critical factor.

The goal I'm going for is as little rotational mass and unsprung weight as I can get with around a 255 section width front tire and as much as the rear will allow. Thanks for any and all suggestions guys!

My 245/40/19 +45 rubs the front fender at about 3/4 turn of the wheel upon mild compression with the UL air suspension. Have about 3-4 fingers worth of space between the top of the tire and the fender. Wouldn't go any more aggressive than that.
