Code P0456
Hey y'all,
my 2003 LS430 base model is throwing code P0456 "evaporative emission system leak detected (very small)". The VSC and check engine light also came on.
This just happened this morning 8/25/20 and from the bit of research I've done it seems to be a vacuum leak on Lexus and Toyota.
if anyone has more information on how to DIY fix this issue your help is greatly appreciated!

The VSC light can illuminate for a variety of reasons. Most commonly when the battery is weak or dead. This doesn't necessarily mean there is something wrong with the Vehicle Stability Control system.
Most of the time is simply meas the VSC system has been turned off and won't work until the check engine light, in your case Code 0456, is fixed.
